Amazing experience with these two, I was escorted from the airport upon arrival the driver James was very engaging and professional on the road I got into my allocated room I was immediately surprised at the layout and mostly the neatness of the place. The service throughout my stay was overwhelmed and contend I frankly don’t have 1 negative moment. This was better than any hotel stay on the island I had ever experienced operative car and On a scale 1 to 10 I have to score this experience a 15 on the scale.

Their customer service is some of the best with quick communication at almost any hour and on convenient platforms, including Whatsapp. We rented a car for 9 days to explore the island of St. Lucia, and Operative Car Rental helped to arrange our rental of a Suzuki Splash at an amazing price, which included an airport transport of the vehicle to UVF airport at a very decent and competitive rate. When we had an issue with the first car, they were quick to help us sort out our issue and exchange the car with no problem. Their customer service and prices are amazing! I would definitely recommend their service to any future visitors to St. Lucia. Truly a wonderful experience and made our holiday absolutely perfect!
